Both programs included four full days of training and coaching onsite (quarterly) at your company plus unlimited phone coaching for your leadership team for an entire year.

SERVING LEADERSHIP 4Q

The 4Q program involves interactive training and coaching around the core concepts of BE, KNOW, and DO. Serving leaders are developed through training, intentional personal focus, and coaching/mentoring. Each quarter, participants receive further training, practical worksheets for application, and one-on-one coaching to further enhance their development and leadership skills. Developing serving leaders in your organization will create a positive culture, impact your bottom line, and ultimately make the world a better place.

If you want your influence to go beyond a changed habit or a temporarily improved bottom line, this leadership development program is for you. It introduces a unique leadership model that’s focused on the greatest serving leader of all time—Jesus of Nazareth. HERE'S HOW THE ONSITE PROGRAMS WORK.


Each quarter, Luke shows up onsite at your company for an 8-hour day and spends 4-5 hours training your team in the core concepts of Serving Leadership followed by 3-4 hours of one-on-one or team coaching. Between quarterly onsite sessions, each participant is given coaching questions to answer every two weeks and meets with a learning partner for accountability regarding leadership application.

Bonus: Your core leadership team receives unlimited 24/7 phone coaching with Luke.
